• I take every measure to apply the strictest standards of confidentiality to all information that clients share with me.
• I collect the minimum amount of customer information required to help me deliver superior service to our customers, which includes advising customers about my products, services and other opportunities, and to administer my business.
• Only authorized victorimortgage.ca employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, have access to customer information. Employees who breach my Privacy Policy will be subject to normal disciplinary process.
• I will not reveal customer information to any outside organization unless I have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have received authorization from the customer, or are required by law.
• Whenever I hire other organizations to provide support services, I will require them to conform to my privacy standards.

I protect the security of all information that customers provide me over the Internet from interception and tampering with advanced 128-bit SSL or WTLS VeriSign encryption, currently the strongest encryption available and the same as that used by financial institutions.
